Purpose of processing

• Answering enquiries submitted via the contact form
• Carrying out statutory activities of the association (sport, education, community projects)
• Fulfilment of legal obligations (accounting, reporting)
• Communication with members, partners and co-operating organisations

Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — compliance with a legal obligation
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent (e.g. newsletter, photos)

Data retention

Contact form data is retained for 12 months from the last contact. Accounting data for 5 years from end of fiscal year. Data related to EU projects for the period required by the programme.

Recipients of data

Data may be shared with: entities providing IT services (hosting, CMS), public authorities if required by law, EU project supervisory bodies.

Is providing data obligatory?

Providing data via the contact form is voluntary, but necessary to receive a reply. Without this data we cannot respond to your enquiry.
