Highland Cattle & Alpacas
Breeding of Scottish Highland cattle — one of the oldest and hardiest breeds, perfectly adapted to mountain conditions. Alpaca therapy as a form of natural, animal-assisted support. Both activities combined in the unique Zalasek environment.
Herbal Walks
Educational walks in the Beskid Wyspowy mountains focused on local herbs and plants — their properties, traditional uses and ecological significance. Led by an expert, combining nature, health and local knowledge.
Regenerative Agriculture
Sustainable 21st century farming practices — regenerative agriculture, soil health, biodiversity and local food systems. Cooperation with technical universities on research into sustainable agricultural methods in mountain regions.
