Breeding of Scottish Highland cattle — one of the oldest and hardiest breeds, perfectly adapted to mountain conditions. Alpaca therapy as a form of natural, animal-assisted support. Both activities combined in the unique Zalasek environment.

A collection of historic rural implements and folk artefacts preserved at the Zalasek farmstead — hand-carved beams dated 1932, antique cast-iron scales, old threshing tools and a wooden rocking horse. A living testament to Beskid craftsmanship.

Materials engineer at AGH University of Krakow, specialising in graphene composites and non-ferrous metals. Co-founder of SNIS Błękit and the Zalasek agritourism farm. Combines cutting-edge materials science with a passion for sustainable rural development, Highland cattle breeding, alpaca therapy and the Herbal Walks programme in the Beskid Wyspowy mountains.
